This is the best hotel by far in the Deira neighbourhood. The hotel is impeccable, high standards modern and amazing stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the receptionist, Barbara was the best. Location is good, not far from the metro and nearby malls. Breakfast menu had many options, tasty food. Thank you to the chefs. My room was very elegant, comfy and spacious. Loved the bed and the shower. Staff were always available to clean and assist when needed. There's a pool (which I didn't use), next time. Also, nice coffee shop and seating area. Asiana Grand hotel thank you.

The location is good, you can easily reach the metro station in 5 mins. Breakfast was good overall, partly adapted for European traditions, but all warm/hot dishes were Indian/Arabic cuisine. The staff was friendly and upgraded the room from deluxe to the suite for free (we didn't need it, but it was nice anyway). The bed was a super big and comfortable mattress. A lot of space inside, wide halls and high ceilings, lovely bathroom.

Large room size which is the main strength of the hotel. Nice rooftop bar next to the swimming pool. Cleanliness was okay.

It is a new hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops around in downtown Dubai. Also, Riggah Metro Station is within 20 minutes walk from the hotel

I appreciate the outlet manager and the chief at the restaurant for their treatment with friendly explanation for the planning to improve the quality of the food to be suitable for most of the guests and the chief invited me to check the quality of the seafood at dinner at weekend I accept the verbal invitation invitation to be send at this email for 2 person thank you in advance [email protected]

I really like Cedric pereira he had a professional treatment to the guest and he know well the hospitality meaning we appreciate his effort to give us a nice comfortable atmosphere during our lunches. And we met the chief and explain to us he consider any negative comments to give him more energy to enhance the food meal and he explain how he manage to not exceed the budget and he try the best to make all guest happy as much he can and he invited me to dinner with luxury buffet seafood and steak. We appreciate that explanation 🙏

It was newly built hotel, restaurant manager Mr. Cedric Pereira was very friendly and gave us very warm welcome everyday at breakfast. Paul at concierge was also very helpful to provide us all the local info we needed from Pharmacy shop to restaurants to go to. I enjoyed my stay at Asiana Grand Hotel. Metro station was nearby which was quite helpful.

The hotel is new and it is very clean. The lobby the halways and the rooms smell very fresh and pleasant. It is accessible since it has its free shuttle bus going to Deira City Center and from there you can take the metro to explore Dubai. I love how Rami(from the reception) entertained us upon check in. He was so courteous and polite and he upgraded our room so we can have the best and comfortable stay. Barbara was an angel too. She was so helpful, she facilitated our reservation for the shuttle. Loved everything about the hotel. Would definitely recommend to my friends.
